If communication fails:

: Right-click ksuite.exe and select "Run as administrator" . Do not press "SKIP" on the initial loading screen, as this allows the software to complete the tool's installation.

The clone hardware is decent, but software installation on Windows 10 is notoriously finicky due to driver signing and virtual COM port issues. It is not plug-and-play.
